Our Story

Prone to Wander Vacations was originally founded in summer of 2018 as an independent travel agency to the host Cruises and Tours Unlimited out of Jacksonville, Florida. Prone to Wander is a full service travel management company with planning capabilities for ocean and river cruises, land tours, international adventures, Disney and Universal Studio packages, and much, much more.

 

OUR SERVICES

Booking with Prone to Wander Vacations doesn't cost more than booking through suppliers or booking sites directly. These booking companies already have a travel agent fee within their rates; however, if you choose book through an independent agency like us, you are helping our agents make a living doing what they love.

The biggest difference between a booking agency and Prone to Wander Vacations is that we just take the confusion and stress of planning a perfect trip off your shoulders. Unlike booking sites, with Prone to Wander Vacations, you also get personalized assistance to make your vacation as magical and memorable as it can be.

Our agents are as hands on – or off – as you wish us to be. If you want us to handle all the details of your trip (land transportation, lodging, attractions, etc.), we would be more than happy to take the stress from you. Our booking services are complimentary for packages, hotel/resort bookings, and rental cars.

However, Flight Only bookings will require non-refundable fees that begin at $20 per traveler for domestic flights and $25 per traveler for international flights.

Should if you wish for a more in depth planning for your trip like making restaurant reservations, reserving theater tickets, booking shore excursions and/or non-commissionable tours, extensive scheduling a daily itinerary, touring plans, etc., our Concierge Service fee is only $15 per traveler.

OUR CONSULTANTS

Jenna Johnson is the owner and current Head Adventure Consultant at Prone to Wander. She’s had a traveling spirit from a very young age when her family made annual trips to the beach. In high school she was able to spread her wings and experience more of the eastern United States and Canada. During college she spent several weeks abroad in England to further her major of English Literature and minor of British history. Today Jenna still loves to travel and find adventure wherever she goes, and she’s here to help you discover your own adventure.
